Day 4
Drink lots of water and fresh tomatoes. Usually water removes the uric acid from your body so it is always advised by doctors to drink lots of water. Apart from this you can have boiled or baked chicken or boiled fish too.
Day 5
The last day you can have as much vegetables as you can and have brown rice with beef or chicken or fish. Drink unsweetened fruit juices and soup at least once in a day. But don’t have bread, alcohol or diet soda.
Apart from this you can do exercises, jog for at least fifteen minutes or go for a brisk walk. Weigh yourself at least once in a week so that you can keep a track. Just follow these simple rules to stay fit, healthy and to look good.
