If you are bread freak, then have the multi grain or whole wheat breads which are crunchy and quite filling too. Include sufficient amounts of protein in your diet for cell maintenance and repair. Also include essential minerals such as iron, calcium and zinc. You can find these minerals in milk and leafy vegetables. As far as milk is concerned try to have skimmed milk. Avoid added spreads or toppings.

Don’t try to lose weight by starving yourself or avoiding food. Try to include the right foods in your diet chart to look good and feel better. A wide variety of vegetables, soups, juices, whole grains and lean meat fulfill the basic requirements of a varied diet.
